    Walk in the footsteps of a ranger as you go behind the scenes on this exclusive tour of some of Phillip Island's most popular attractions. Our rangers manage over 20% of Phillips Island's diverse and delicate natural ecosystems, such as sand dunes, wetlands, mangroves, and woodlands. Fighting predators, controlling weeds and managing visitors are all in a day's work for our rangers, so come and join them for a unique insight into what we do to protect the amazing flora and fauna of Phillip Island.

    Join one of our eco-accedited guides and explore our tranquil wetlands and network of hides and boardwalks as you look for some of the 200+ bird species that call Phillip Island home. Stroll through eucalypt woodlands and meet wallabies, koalas, echidnas, bush birds, and a host of other unique wildlife species. This tour is designed for lovers of wildlife and nature. Our eco accredited rangers have an extensive knowledge of locals wildlife, as well as many of the migratory bird species who visit our Ramsar listed wetlands. During the spring and summer months, approximately one million Short-tailed Shearwaters call Phillip Island home, while in winter, Swift Parrots, Flame Robins and Swamp Harriers return from the colder climate of Tasmania.

    Approximately 1 million Short-tailed Shearwaters call Phillip Island home during the spring and summer months, migrating from the Aleutian Islands near Alaska on an 8 week trip to Phillip Island to breed. Join one of our eco-accredited rangers to experience the wonderful and natural spectacle of the shearwaters returning home after a day out fishing. Watch the sun set from your clifftop vantage point, then wait for the birds to arrive as they seek out their burrows.
