Come ‘face to face’ with koalas in their natural habitat along the treetop boardwalks through the Australian bushland.

Look for the clues at the base of trees and listen for the laugh of kookaburras while you soak up the scent of eucalyptus.

Wander the extensive trails through the natural Australian bushland and enjoy the abundant bird life. The woodland is home to many animals including wallabies, echidnas and bats.

  • Family ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children (4-15)
  • Concession tickets available for holders of Australian Pension Concession cards only
  • Unfortunately there is no concession ticket available for Student Card holders or Health Care Card holders

  • Please note that as we will be managing visitor numbers at all of our locations, you may experience entry delays subject to the number of people already on site.
  • We are requesting to collect visitor details to assist with contact tracing in the event of a case of coronavirus being detected, and encourage all of our visitors to provide this information on request. Information will be held securely for 28 days, then destroyed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Bundled tickets

The date of your visit to the Penguin Parade must be booked and will be printed on your ticket. You may visit the other attractions on your tickets, eg the Koala Reserve, Churchill Island or Antarctic Journey once within six months of the printed date, either before or after your Penguin Parade visit

How to get here
By car: Phillip Island is located 90 minutes drive from Melbourne. Allow a further 15 minutes from the bridge to get to the Koala Conservation Centre. Free car parking on site.

By bus: Public transport is limited on Phillip Island. V-line operates a bus to Phillip Island’s main town, Cowes, from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne city.

Please note that the V-line bus does not go to the Penguin Parade and there are no return buses to Melbourne at the conclusion of the Penguin Parade. 

By taxi: Contact Phillip Island Taxis on 03 5952 2200 to arrange transfers on Phillip Island.
