Phillip Island Nature Parks is in the process of developing a new Visitor Centre for the Penguin Parade, due to be completed in late 2019.

This $58 million project is a key component of the Summerland Peninsula Masterplan, and has been made possible through $48.2 million of funding from the State Government of Victoria, with a $10 million contribution from the Nature Parks.

The new centre will allow for the important restoration of 6.7ha of habitat for the penguins, and offer significantly enhanced visitor amenities and a range of new interpretive activities to provide a special experience for both day and evening visitors.

Construction is due to commence in February 2018 at the new site, and it will be 'business as usual' at the Penguin Parade during the building process, but keep checking this page for updates.
